Agreed, file a claim. Don't listen to the "he's just busy" BS. Sometimes **** happens and parts are delayed, but three weeks with no communication is unacceptable.

I checked all the connections last night and cleaned the motor (although it looked clean already)......

I actually tried cleaning the old motor on my passenger side. That didn't work, so I bought the replacement motor. It's only two weeks old, I can't imagine it would need to be cleaned already.
