No worries, if you have all the trim apart I'd suggest you run some epoxy in any of the areas that are exhibiting noise already and prevent them from acting up later.

For a slider mechanism you'll. need to use another seat with aftermarket brackets, custom fab a base for your oem seats, or use a 350z seat- I think the driver side should bolt in painlessly
