Inside of the frame will hold up to 12" x 6", with a tiniest bit of wiggle room left over.

I believe that's 304.5mm x 152.5mm

Most frames seem to get to their new homes in around two days.

Yours went out yesterday morning.
You can expect it Monday, most likely.
