caelric Mar 15, 2007 08:13 AM

No, no drop for me. I like being able to clear speed bumps and curbs, since it is my daily driver!

omasica Mar 15, 2007 08:33 AM

Looks good, I dont think a drop is required

TOYO Tires Plus 19x10.5 Wheels?

How are those Toyo tires along with ur 19's, do they produce more road noise? Hows the grip compared to ur old setup? Does the rear tire rub at all?
I currently have stock 18 w Brembos, im really concerned about road noise and rims clearing my brembos. Thanks

caelric Mar 19, 2007 02:44 PM

Less road noise than the stock 05 tires, which are the 19" Rays with Bridgestone Potenza RE01's. No rubbing at all; I'm told you can go up to 295's in the rear, but don't take my word for it.

As for the grip, I haven't really had much of a chance to test the grip so far

Well, I've never been to NYC, so I don't know exactly what you mean.

If you're worried about speed bumps and curbs, go with 350z h-techs. The drop is pretty conservative.

BadBoy06 Mar 28, 2007 11:41 PM

and if you go with the G HTechs it will be even more subtle^^^^

caelric Mar 29, 2007 01:21 PM

No, don't really want any drop at all. Thanks for the suggestions, though.
