Pics with 19" NISMO Rays LMGT4's :D

19x8.5F, 19x9R, 245/35/19F, 275/35/19R, 21 lbs per wheel. Car's not lowered, stock springs/dampers, considering maybe a small drop to tuck in the larger wheels. Loving the wider rubber in the rear, also did a 0 toe alignment rear same time. It just sticks now w/Goodyear F1's, Hotchkis sways and Power grid links.

Looks great! - BUT....

Ok, I like the think of myself as the LAST dude on this forum to 'squash' someone's ride as I think ALL our coupes look great in their own right, and if it "does it" for you, then that's all that matters! BUT...I do want to let you know , just in case you did NOT realize?....

The "NISMO" emblem on the hood is the incorrect size - the placement is almost dead on, but the size is way off. Unless you like that size, I can send you the correct NISMO issued size for FREE.

Again, if you like that size, no worries - but trust me it would look 100 times more "proportioned" - did I spell that correctly?? LMAO!

Anyways, the LMGT4's are smokin!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Guys!

Looks good, nismo sticker a little too big like the above guy said. Slam your ride.

Thanks! The best part is the eBay user who sold them is connected to a dealer on the East Coast and you don't pay 600-700 a wheel. I've seen their auctions go as low as $1049 for a set of 18's (once!) and as high as nearly full retail. Most of them seemed to be around $1400-1600 for factory wheels, in the box, completely sealed even including the "upgrade sticker" for the door jamb for wheel size, complete with a page of instructions how to put on a sticker, lmao!

I would LOVE the correct size NISMO graphic, please PM if I can at least pay for shipping. I know it's not quite right, but there it was in the warm afterglow of bolting up the wheels and tires, and well...you know :D

Looks really clean, congrats...

Stillen Front and Rear strut tower bracers (sucker for a sale)
Motul High Temp Brake Fluid after flushing for the Brembos
3/8" Plenum Spacer (on backorder, on deck)

Haven't done exhaust/headers because I really like the stock exhaust and it gets a lot of comments (mostly good, except my FIL). Stock pipe is 3" which seems to be early prod thing.

Future (ok, totally speculation):
1) Either cams (likely Tomei or S2's JWT) + ECU, with which the bottom end may or may not still really hold up, OR
2) I totally reconsider the FI angle - so far trying not to do anything that would be throwaway. Partial toward turbos over SC. NA power mods get 'spensive quick, just cams and a few other things you can easily drop $4000 or more.

AND for the bro who suggest slamming it and clear corners, here ya go minus the slamming (still deciding what to do with the springs/struts, trackin the car now to see what I really think I want, like I did with my Z).

Clear sides, thanks for the suggestion!:JAMIN:

I will drop it, I just want to make sure I've got the right springs and dampers for the mixed use of the car - I like my SE-R's stiff suspension everywhere, but jamming up the spring rates on the G? Not sure what that's going to ride like on my sheety roads.

Thanks for all the comments and feedback!
