^^^i understand I was going to get flamed by that, I get s*** gas mileage anyways, but tire size will eventually factor into gas mileage, probably less then 1%, but if you went up to a 275 i think you would be able to notice it. Maybe I'll upgrade tire sizes next time. I talked to Neal at tirerack.com and he said it wasn't worth it to go to 255's, but maybe it would be....who knows, i'll stick with the 245's for now, maybe upgrade in a season or two, the car is a complete DD for me, so I drive it all year round, I figured the tires i bought were already a grip upgrade from stock, and I don't have after market wheels, so I didn't want to draw tooo much attention to my wheels.

Anyways, I guess I will look into getting some 15 and 20 MM spacers sometime soon, My cash is pretty tied up in school and such, looking for a good summer job. I'm fine with spending money keeping up my car and fillling it with gas, but I'm one of those people who really thinks about a purchase for the long term before buying....yes yes I know, the G35 probably doesn't sound like a good investment, but to me it was worth it, the day I got it = biggest smile on my face.

since your ride is daily then dont do anything to it.

if you really want to have a smile on your face, go larger tires and add 20-25 spacers.

back then I went 20-30 but thats a different story and setup

Will 25mm still work on the front if the fender is lower than the top portion of the tire from being lowered?

Hey guys,

I've done some research and made plenty of phone calls and no one can give me a definite answer. Are there any cons to running spacers? I've heard a few logical responses, but no overwhelming evidence. So, someone chime in! Thanks

Did you mean tints, I'm sure Bluebat doesn't sell spacers.

"Bad," in this case is kind of subjective. Bad on tire wear? Yea, because you'll have uneven wear on those rear tires. However, if you race your G, then it is still kinda bad, however its a good bad because you want a little negative camber when cornering.

No an alignment wont fix it. You'll need a camber kit installed, then an alignment shop can adjust your kit accordingly to fix the camber.

A quick search...

https://g35driver.com/forums/suspens...-frt-rear.html

Not sure if ichiba is a good brand, however the price looks mighty good. But thats what you're looking for.
