it's your 4 inch intake... it's restricting your gains tbh... 254 is like 20 over what a non modded makes

Not sure yet honestly. This entire time ive been dealing with upstream o2 sensor issues. Replaced/checked everything and had 2 shops including the dealer look at it and couldnt find anything wrong, so for a long time I gave up on the car. However yesterday LMT sent me an updated tune and now the codes have been tuned out and the car is running great. Now time to dial it in again and finally be able to see where its at. Currently FBO and tuned on E85 and now have ARC. Realistically because of the auto I expect upper 280s possibly low 290s. Ill need cams to get 300.

WHY would people ever use these, I can't believe companies actually market these things they look like trash...
Its dropped temps in the engine bay so its functional. And helps the hood clear the 75mm tb and 4in intake. I like the look, not for everyone. But its functional and Ive done the tests to prove so. Havent found an aftermarket hood that ive liked

A less noticeable route to take would be to delete the rubber weather seal that wraps the cowl, battery and brake booster compartments. The idea is the same which is to allow the hood to act like a ridge vent in a roof, The vent it as the highest point in the roof allowing heat to escape. I did it in my FX and it makes a noticeable difference. I'd be surprised if the t.b. and intake wouldn't clear a G's hood.
