I never said yours wasn't clean. But you've got to admit, it IS the focal point of your car, Tim.

Overall I think Chris's car looks better, but your's definitely has more work into it. Like I said before, both SUPER clean cars, but I think Chris's just grabs my attention more. No hard feelings, Tim?

Tim, it’s hard to look past the engine compartment and the dual exhaust… with a car like that the entire thing could be painted purple and it might not be mentioned… Take it as a compliment that people are jaw dropping over the performance aspects!

It looks great too though.

Wait Tim's car is purple!? WHOA! lol j/k, but you're right, it definitely could be, hell it could even be bubblegum pink and most people would overlook it to duck their head under the hood.

I don't always like the polished look but I like those wheels in particular polished. It works really well with your setup. All other finish of that wheel IMO won't look as good on you car.

LOL

You guys crack me up!

You're right, the power mods are far more unique than the looks of the car so that is what most will comment on.

lol my buddy told me today that there are no fast sedans out there Tim, so I had to show him this thread and all he had to say was "holy ****ing ****" lol. Then I showed him the part of your sig that says "13psi on crappy AZ 91!" and he was said 13psi was high, then I showed him your mods list and he had to retract that statement hahaha.

That is great!

13psi is so low for a built motor on a G.

my thoughts exactly! I was like uhh bro, I'm pretty sure a stock VQ will probably hold 10psi, that motor will most likely hold 30lbs for a few track runs!

You need to get some methanol injection in that beast! I promise you it will clean it up, and it will REALLY wake up that turbo!! My dad's got an 87 Grand National that run's mid-high 9's now, but when it was only running 11ish we did the meth injection and WOW!!

Ever ran it with 93 or higher octane?

Sock block will hold 8psi forever on a good tune. 10+psi has been done but was too risky for me.

I have a meth kit installed now but don't use it. I got it back when I had a Stillen SC to help cool things down. I'm going to turn it back on down the line when the motor is fully broken in.

I'm doing a full detail today. I'm not sure I'll have time to take any good pics before I go pick the kids up at school but I promise I'll will have some good ones soon.
