Battle Version FTW...custom FTMFW!

kennymo Jan 17, 2010 06:37 PM

here is my half *** agressive setup. no i will not be stretching my tires. but i will be dropping another inch or so in the rear and 1.5 in the front. and i need to push my fronts out a little more. and im sure once i drop it more i will need to push the rears out a little more also.
the rear rims are 18x10 25 offset and the fronts are 18x8.5 dont know the offset

Not in any way aggressive...

kennymo Jan 17, 2010 08:19 PM

ok then they are flush. not your guys definition of flush. but the real definition. they are perfectly flush with the fenders.

NjMatteSedan Jan 17, 2010 08:31 PM

the width is fine but the style and the chrome kills it, aftermarket 18"s in chrome never look good

kennymo Jan 17, 2010 08:40 PM

not gunna lie. i HATE my rims. i want 20s in the same size but cant afford it

NjMatteSedan Jan 17, 2010 09:35 PM

^ get some volk wheels like the ones 4DRmadness has in his TB sedan or work wheels just say no to chrome

CandlestickPark Jan 17, 2010 09:39 PM

^Vivek's (4DrMadness) wheels are Volks (SF Winnings). If he can't afford those in 20s he's not going to be able to swing a set of Volks or Works.

I'd just recommend finding a set of Coupe 18s or Coupe 19s. With a nice drop and spacers those look great on Sedans.

^ truee, fixed

kennymo Jan 17, 2010 11:48 PM

yea i would like to get some coupe 19s or the g37 coupe 19s. i really want 20s though. only problem is im not going to be able to afford these expensive *** name brands that all of you guys run

x2 ;). Coupe 18s and have S-techs on the way. +30 sits flush when running 245s. Though, I want to go 18x8.5/9.5 with a mild stretch.

the chrome 18s are very autotire-esque. Sorry :(

You need a 20mm H&R spacer in the front, then it would be flush. Then a drop.

volks are not always the best option.....A LOT of people run volks.......that could be a good or bad thing depending on who you ask
