The spring rate you can go up to really depends on what the coilovers originally come with. The most you can change the spring rate is +/- 3kg. Any more than that and you'd need to have the coilovers revalved.
*EDIT: just noticed he has bc racing coilovers. Sounds like the 13/10 wouldn't be an issue. I don't recall what they come with but I don't think it's any less than 10/7.

Im either 12/10 or 12/12 now on BCs rear coils maxed out on 200mm springs, fronts have room, but awd doesnt have room. And I want more low.
But come to think of it, my car dont budge. 3 ppl we tried pushin it from door jams to move it half an inch to get the jack under it, and didnt happen. Had to build a 2x4 pyramid.
My biggest problem is careless city that im living in. Road goes missing in the middle of the hwy, or there is literally 5-6 inch drops on roads cuts. Or raised suer covers in the middle lane of hwys. Hit my cross member on suer cover cruising at 70 few nights ago, Spark show at night. Time to move down south or west coast.
Honestly dampening maxed out + preload, BC coils are still very comfortable.
