Thanks guys, big props to Sean for the tanks and Dranom for donating his raffle prize he won at the GTG meet to me which gave me a discount on the tanks.
I pulled the filler neck for the washer fluid and capped the tank. It's still easy to get to with a long funnel when I need to add fluid, there's a lot of room where the OEM tanks used to be as you can see.

I ghetto fab'd it. A piece of tin foil and a big rubber band to be exact.
Filling it is easy, I have a funnel that's almost exactly as long as the filler neck so just take off the foil, pop the funnel in the tank, and fill away. There's a lot of room down there now with the bulky OEM tanks gone.
