hey what up brotha?
I never catch you around the forum anymore so I figured I'd drop you a line. Me and a friend have been hitting up sat nights on speedway for a couple weeks, we'd love to see that sexy *** turbo come out and play! Shoot me a text sometime, lets setup a meet.
Gbiker,Thanks for your quick response and the invite. I've got 19" Zennetti rims F/R with Hankook 235ZR and 275ZR.I had to replace the original left side tires and rims.Fell asleep and scraped a curb until it woke me up.Sober as a judge! That was roughly 300 feet.2 OEM rims got scratched pretty bad. They wanted 1K a rim for the OEMs.Ouch.Ruined 2 tires.I went with some used Zennetti rims for 4 hundred bux and Hankooks for a good price. I'm not happy with the ride. The Dealership replaced a leaky rear shock and balanced the tires. It still loses contact with pavement upon hitting a bump. I live in the LA area and the roads are not great, but I've had crotch rockets and sports cars since I was young and dumb, but the G35 is my first venture back into the world I love.I'm a FOG (F*ing old guy) My first car was a '71Datsun240Z (I bought it used, thankfully I'm not that old). What is your opinion, should I chase the suspension, or reconfig. The the tire/rim circumfrence.Thx 4 any help.Cheers,Dave
