Yeah I pulled the door entirely apart one day, tightened everything down. I also bought some adhesive foam and lined the aluminum door panel in the areas it was contacting the interior door panel. I had to take the door handle apart and line that with foam too. That did the trick for me.. For now at least. Thanks for the reply though.. 1.5 years later hahah

Found a thread from 07 talking about your door handle rattling. I'm experiencing the same thing. What did you do to fix it? It is driving me nuts.
