Hey I was wondering if I could get some help with some stuff on my manual swap

I saw on your page where you gave information on the front suspension...My front transverse link /front lower control arm bushing ( the one that has the large bolt through it connecting to the frame) are gone..do you know where I can get them and what would be the best way on getting a shop to press them out/in..? Any information would be highly appreciated.
