Good and bad areas near O'Hare
 

Moving out there a week or so after New Years to start an internship at O'Hare. I know craigslist is my friend blah blah blah, but is anyone from Chicago or know any of the good or ****ty areas around O'Hare? Basically I just need a cheap place to sleep but in a good area (of course with a garage for my baby to sleep too) lol...thanks

yes sir

Most of the Northwest suburbs of Chicago are all pretty nice. Assuming you will have a car, and transportation isn't a problem, you should look at Park Ridge, Des Plaines, Mt. Prospect, Arlington Heights....Schaumburg is a good one-not too far from the airport and has a nice mall.
