Either I'm having major electrical problems or my Trans is done for. My G is stuck in high gear, won't down shift in manumatic and won't upshift. I can floor the gas and I'll get nowhere. I bought a trans with 46k on it and I'm gonna have it put in. But is there any chance that I replace my transmission and nothing is fixed. Before this happened with my G my front headlights would just turn on after I turned my car completely off and made sure the lights were off and it still happened. I disconnected the battery and went out in the morning and reconnected it and the lights still came back on... Also, before all this i noticed up shifting into third from maybe 3200 rpms or more it shifted very harshly. If this sounds like a solenoid or something in my valve body then please reassure me. Any other speculations would help very much...
