Engine knocks
 

Just bought a 2004 g35 coupe and didn't realize how much was wrong with it. I changed the valve covers the other day and now I here a knocking sound.. I can only hear it only when in idle. Only 70k miles and upper oil pan is leaking along with a p1051 and p1168 codes showing. I wanna mod it a little but I feel like the repairs gonna cost more then what I payed for it. And advice would help. Thanks in advance I love the car but can't afford dealers pricing.
