I'm getting screwed by the Aftermarket Extended Warranty....
Hey guys,
Need some help/advice on a little situation I'm in. I purchased my car from a NON-Infiniti dealership and got the extended warranty through them. Now I just called Kelly Infiniti in Danvers this morning to see if they could get a few things looked at and possibly replaced, the girl that was working the service department said that they do not take any other warranties, only the warranties issued by Infiniti. A) what do I do? :confused2: B) Did I get screwed over by the other dealership? b) Can I get my money back? C) Does anyone have a MAF that they would like to sell? I went to Kelly Infiniti last year, around August or September, and had them take a look at the Rear Axle Clicking problem. They replaced a few things and it was all covered under the extended warranty...so whats the deal?!?!? |

my girlfriends chevy suv came with a 3rd party extended warranty and we usually call them when we drop off the car and give them the dealership information and vise versa and then they determine if the scope of work was covered or not. Sometimes it seems we will have to pay and then be reimbursed. Thats one option for you, have the work done and then send the bill to your warranty company.

+1 on pay first and get reimbursed later. Chances are a 3rd party warranty won't cover the total cost of the repair anyway....
