Oem linear springs
G35 coupes 2005/2006 with oem 19’s only
350Z 2004.5 to 2006 (revised suspension)
Front:314 Rear:427

Tein S-tech 350z
.7”/.6” drop on 350Z G35 drops will be higher
Spring rates in LBS 386/402

Tanabe DF210
Spring rates in LBS 308 /353
1.7”/1.3” drop on G35 coupe

If you're mainly looking for looks with performance similar to stock go with the DF210's. If your looking for a good mix between both I say go with the Z S-Tech's.

Yeah I think he was looking at the G s techs..I got the eibachs which is pretty much the equivalent of the 350z s techs w/ the spring mount mod. I thought the s techs would be lower than the eibachs though so I went with the eibachs.

Eibach G35 Coupe progressive springs 1.1”/1” drop on G35 coupe
Spring rates in LBS initial/final front 229/337 initial/final rear 274/463

very similar to the 350 z s techs..I just wanted an even drop..It was a hard decision thoug cause everyone seems to be going with the teins..took me two months to pull the trigger between the 2.

well....just getting a mixture of what people are dropped on and how low they are dropped will determine whether camber/toe is needed. The slammed look is nice but im definitely not a baller and the roads are $hitty around this way to be that low and have to pay for all that for the hassle of scrapping when you go over speed bumps. Not worth it to me.

Can't go wrong with the Eibach's! +1 on Tein's having uneven drops, I've seen a few including my old CL.

IMO it's all preference and in some cases availability, can't really go wrong with any of them.

^ Did the Osiris tune make a huge difference? I'm thinking about getting tuned by the years end.

I gained ten h/p and the af ratio was corrected, the driveabilty is a lot better though..it drives like a stock car it really tied my mods together.

mconklin Aug 18, 2009 06:53 PM

G 30-FI Aug 18, 2009 07:26 PM

so are you gonna wait to get something else Tim?

Spade Aug 18, 2009 07:58 PM

I'm not sure, I want it to look sick just not sure the stech will get me there

mconklin Aug 18, 2009 08:13 PM

How low are you trying to get?

Spade Aug 18, 2009 09:31 PM

Ok I'll put it like this, found the rims I want and want to put a 19 in the front and a 20 in the rear. If I need to fender roll I have no problem being the test dummy in our area for this. So I'll need a set of springs that will make it sit nice and sexy and not too high.
