Anyone from Central Pennsylvania interested in meeting in the Harrisburg/York area to travel down to the VA/MD/DC End of the Summer meet in Rockville, MD on October 16?

I'm not certain yet if I'll be in the MD area that weekend. But, I'm from the Philadelphia area....if I end up going, I'll give you a heads up. I imagine that you're taking I-83 down and then you'll need to hook on I-695...meeting up around there is a possibility.

Where and what time? The Burg is only like 45 minutes from my house. I'm surprised this meet is on a Saturday but I like it!

The meet is scheduled to start at 12 PM. There is a post on this forum by kcobean which discusses the meet. I'll register to my350z.com later and see what other info is provided there, and let them know that we will be coming.

I was thinking that we can work out our logistics and decide where we want meet sometime during the middle of next week. Does that sound OK?

So this is the OFFICIAL thread in our new home for the "End of Summer Z/G meet"

This is a great chance to get together one last time before it gets too cold (for those of you who attended this years March Evolution meet, you know what I'm talkin' about, but what a turnout that was! ). There should be some pretty sweet cars here, so if you have the mod bug, this is a great chance to window shop for Christmas ideas or spring projects. Join the community and come on out!

When: October 16th, 12:00PM until you decide you've had enough.

Who: You, man!!! Oh, and anyone you want to bring with you.

What: Your car, of course! I think we'll also have the representation of GReddy's TT Kit, Vortech's S/C, several great body kits, wheels, intakes, exhausts etc. etc. etc.! Bring a camera, a digital recorder, or whatever else you want to get pictures, sound clips, or both. This is a great chance for new owners to learn where to start if they want to mod their car, for those who have done some mods to figure out what's next, and for those who have gone completely over the top to show off their goods!

Where: The Hooters in Rockville, Maryland. The management at this restaurant has been gracious enough to grant us use of their parking lot from 12:00 to whenever we're done. Here's the address:

Why: Because the Z and the G are two of the coolest cars on the planet, and what better could you do with a Saturday afternoon on a nice October day?

Other cars are of course welcome, but this is intended to be primarily a Z/G meet, so don't feel uncomfortable if you show up in your RSX and people look at you funny

Post up here if you're coming and we'll try to keep a running count. And no more thread hopping for this meet...Promise!

Well, I'm no longer in. I started a class on Monday, it meets two evenings a week, and one Saturday. Of course the one Saturday would have to be this week. Oh well guess I'll have to look forward to the beginning of the spring meet.

Cactus and Infinitig20, you guys can work out a meeting place, I posted all of the meet details that I had above. Take some pics if you can, and maybe we can do something locally before the snow starts falling.

Can anyone confirm this is a good sized meet? It is a 2 hour drive for me an I just want to make sure it is worth the drive.

Check out the posts on My350z.com (Mid Atlantic regional forum). You have to register to access the forums. Sounds to me like it will be a decent event, I'm disappointed that I can't attend.
