Hey guys...went to James Tint last weekend to get Huper Optik tint and a clear bra installed on my 05 coupe. Great job as always (he did 40% on my ’04 last year before I traded-up). I decided to go with 30% percent this time around to better complement the black color of the car.
James has a terrific new method for securing the tint to the dot matrix. Complete adhesion and looks awesome! He wouldn’t share his trade secret though, no matter how hard I tried.
Clear bra work was also great. I brought my own film that I bought on E-Bay which he installed for me without a problem, but he offers good pricing on his own films as well (Bekaert Clearshield and X-Pel).

GTI in the rear had 40% done...
An overall great job that was well worth the trip from Delaware.
Car is still dirty from the trip so I haven't taken complete pics of the finished work yet.

It's a ceramic based tint/film that is thicker then traditional tint and offers far better heat rejection then standard tint. Supposedly it's more difficult to work with, but the results are stellar!

I'm through doin stuff for lazy a$$ peeps after pointing them in the right direction. The 411 u r looking for is in atleast 5 threads. I know cause I just did a search but am not puttin the werd out till ya come back with the 411 so that other peeps that might be interested will have it.
The info is out there , spread da werd brutha.
Nowhere in this thread is the location of the place where he had this done.
