Yeah it's a good way to meet new people with the same interests as you, and you can be picky about which cars you leave the note on
We did that in a bike club I was in when I lived in Socal.

Thursday 06/16 @ 9:15pm. In Fremont turning from Mowry Ave. onto Blacow. '03.5-'04 black sedan. Female, straight black hair, you pulled up next to me but didn't look over. Holla back girl! That's two females with black sedans I've seen in or around Fremont.

Today 6/18, Headed east on Geary a couple of blocks before Masonic under pass. Nice I/P coupe waved but guess you didn't see, since I was headed west. Looks good lowered on stock 18's

 

Today 6/19 around 2 pm, going west on decoto, D/G coupe with aftermarket grill...I was turnning left on to fremont Blvd.
