DG Coupe with Chrome 17's on its roof!

Did anyone see the video on the news of a DG Coupe with chrome 17's on its roof from the rain last night? Anyone know this person or are they on the boards? They didnt say they were hurt but I figured id throw it out there to make sure they were ok.
