As I could remember, i changed my brake pad/rotors around 30K miles, the dealer cover the parts (my former service manager in Sacramento didn't charge me labor to replace these parts). You should ask them about the parts replacement and the labor cost extra up front. It would help your deal if they see you are such a friendly guy! i would be a friendly guy if it help me to save couple hundred dollars!....

Phong, hmm friendly guy.. :D

what? i still have to pay for the labor? even its under warranty? hmm.... can u tell me more about how this warranty thing works? cuz i kinda feel like they r gonna screw with me, since i look like a teenager. (i'm 21 and i got carded to go watch a rated R movie not 2 long ago. ) like for example, my passenger door power lock doesn't work and my seat belt retrator? doesn't work. so if i want them to fix it for me id have to pay them labor but parts r free? is that right?

yuuupppp, but actually now that i think about it, if they're really nice about it, i think everything would be free. i dont remember though. cause i had some warranty work done before and i dont remember being charged?.. i dont know.. lol, i dont really remember, but yeah, even if i did get charged it obviously wasnt too much because i dont even remember.. lol

I use to go to debbie all the time but when she rejected to do a warranty work on my car one time and sonny took me in for it oh yeah it was a done deal for her had to move on.. sonny's a hella cool guy plus he knows a lot more than debbie.. also other cool guys in there are jordan willis, mark schultz and pat hill which are the sales manager, gen manager and pat is an associate we use to just chill and talk at the dealership back then...

If its covered under warranty you dont have to worry about paying anything. Fresno Infiniti does blow!! If i can, i take my car to Elk Grove Infiniti to get my car serviced.
