Wow, I didn't realize how well that would turn out. Like others have said...it looks as if this sport wheels belong on the G and not the M.

The funny thing is, I've just always liked these wheels. I've liked them on the M, and came close to buying a used M35 Sport.

I had a feeling that these would look great on the G (confirmed by GoofyG28's ps effort), so I picked up a set on speculation. They were sitting in my garage for 2 months before my G was delivered!

Quote: Hey, I've got M45 Sport Wheels too!

Well, not really but after seeing the M wheels on avitt's G I got slikster818 to PS the M wheels on my G. I must say, these wheels are definitely hot and I wouldn't think twice putting them on my G.

Wow, good job on the work. Can some one or slikster818 PS the chrome M wheels on a black G? I will give you karma points

Did anybody from here win that auction? If so, please post pics after you have them installed.

Avitt.....

Did you also you the stock tires that those M-rims came with????

So the spacers on the front were the only additional thing you had to get?!

Looks amazing!

Thanks MGU. Yes, I'm using the stock M tires, which have a rolling circumference that is almost identical to the G's. (As an added benefit, they are not staggered, and can be rotated front-to-back).

The spacers were the only thing required. I also paid the shop to transfer my sensors to the new wheels.

Not being staggered would even work on G35X's also then huh?

Seems like quite the modification....

Well done! Classy!

Another 07 sedan has the same rims but no spacers were required on his?! Did you first test fit the 19" sport wheels w/o your 10mm spacers or did you install the spacers based on the 1st gen sedan owners instructions?

Yeah, I saw that, and was a little surprised. No, I didn't test fit without the spacers. I based the decision on the feedback here, along with a survey of the offsets of aftermarket wheels.

But I'm happy with the look that the spacers give in the front. Eventually, I may add 10mm spacers to the rear as well (or 15, if I decide to give it a slight drop).

Hello All,

Avitt car really looks great! I should be getting my M45 sport wheels shortly for my IP G35x. Gonna try to fit without spacers and see how it looks without a drop. I've only seen them on the S not the X yet and hope that the car dosent need a drop but we'll see.

IP G35x w/M45 Sport wheels
Here is my car, not lowered completley stock G35x with M45 wheels bolted on. Tires are 245-40-19. No rubbing, no spacers, no springs. I would love to lower it but streets are too jacked where I live so it will stay like this for a while. For all you G35x owners wondering what they would look like on a stock suspension X here you go!
