ya the no front bumper is kinda wack. almost as wack as that old 'no hood' fad many of the civics went through back in the 90s

Only reason its off is because he just got finished installing two new turbos. Blew out the seals in the old ones.

He wanted to drive it rather than finish working on it which I can understand.
