Roberuta installed!
Yup, I finally got the darn thing installed... I think I had it in my possession for almost 6 months due to problems here and there. The main problem was that this kit is very rare and the information available (or lack of) was horrible! Big thanks to FusionGT for helping me out. The instructions provided by Roberuta were extremely poor as well. They basically just drew a diagram of where the wires go but no instructions on how to put the thing together. So what happened was they (both top secret and the vendor intense) told me that the roberuta kit would work with my tein flex. It turns out that it DOES NOT work with my tein flex due to the design of the upper mount. So I ended up having to remove my flex and try a different coilover setup. After searching for a couple days I decided to try the new RS-R coilovers since the flex was a bit too stiff for me. The RS-R was one of the few that had a compatible upper mount.
Another big thanks to Howard and Richie @ Technosquare. Those guys are nuts they figured out how to install this thing without anything.. they did it in ONE day too. Not to mention, we didn't even run into any problems with the installation except for a couple of missing fittings. So thanks to Marty for showing up and helping me out! I owe you big time. He's always around whenever I need him!
Now on with the pics!
Please excuse my stockers im waiting for my new rims to come.. as always..and I believe Marty is going to upload some videos =)
Overall, this kit is awesome... I get to keep my coilovers and get the benefits of air suspension. Was it worth the headaches? Yes. Would I do it again in the future? Probably not... hahah
My tein flex are now for sale with edfc for 1100 shipped. I'll have a for sale thread soon. No more angling up drive ways! muahaha...
