those wheels look similar to xXHotelCrazyXx's wheels.. I haven't seen them in awhile so I'm prolly wrong.. :S

yeah he's static and he likes to change his wheels alot, here are the setups ive seen since i met him

when i met him his car looked like this, slammed on gold vs-xx
