New Project (Project Mu, CJ, Engine Pull)
Ok as some of you guys might of read that I was having some problems with cylinder #4 firing on my car. Well when it came down to it cylinder #6 stopped firing too. So I was like F*** this and pulled the engine. As it turns out it was due to a bad engine harness so I am in the middle of getting a new one now. I just wanted to show what else I got going on in my car. I got Project Mu 355mm 4POT BBK, while I have not used them yet i LOVE em!! lol I also got a CJ motorsports Twin Fuel Pump Assembly and I am redoing the fuel system over this week and the next week. I do not have it yet but I will also be purchasing a SGP Built Tranny and Stage 2 or 5 Half Shaft I am not sure on which stage yet. So I thought I would keep you guys updated on whats goin on with my car. And besides the second time goes A LOT better then the first time installing your engine. Here are the mods hehe :D:D

As I said I would post more pics as things went along so here is a little update on the fuel system. I got the hoses run though the top of the tunnel, and now they are gonna run down and go into and through the frame and come out the back where they will attach to a "Y" Connector and split and run up to the CJ Dual Fuel Pump. Later on today I will be installing the heat sheild and running the fuel lines through the frame so I will keep you guys posted! Heat Shield: This will go along the side of the tunnel where the fuel lines come down near the exhuast. Heat sheild will withstand up to 2000 Degree. http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a3...9/DSC00119.jpg Here are some pics of the fuel lines. And yes the transmission and driveshaft do clear by a good bit. And the fuel lines are very well secured onto the tunnel. http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a3...9/DSC00120.jpg http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a3...9/DSC00121.jpg |
