Just wanted to post up a pic I took yesterday now that the IMPUL springs front and rear, Stillen Sway, D&S Rotors and 10mm Spacers are all installed and settled.
Enjoy...
Enjoy...
Looks good...it looks obvious there is a drop but not too aggressive. i really like the way they look on the X very even all around.
AWD owners now have a definite option when looking for lowering springs.

Would you recommend the impul springs for the sport RWD?
Looking for handling improvment and maybe slight neg camber in front
Anyone know how the spring rates compare?
Alternativly I am waiting to see if bilstein comes out with the pss-10 for the 2nd gen sedan

Sweet job man! Looks awesome
Just wondering, aren't the M rims staggered and you're using them on the X?
I went eibach pro, just waiting for my alignment kit to come in for me to put em on my X

^ Great job man, I'm happy you didn't go staggered as you probably already know. I always thought M rims were staggered...my bad!
What size are your tires???
I'll ask a favour, I'm trying to determine proper rim offset for 19's. With your 50mm-10mm spacers = +40mm offset, can you post up pics of the rear of the car emphasizing the offsets of the rim (take pics of the rear of the car just slightly showing the rims in respect to the fenders)???
If you can, THANKS MAN!

just being informative:
modern brake compounds don't gas out, so slots and drilling won't do you much, if any good. the more mass you have, and the better the venting method is in the disc itself, the more fade resistance you'll have.
if you find yourself suffering fade, first consider a fluid and pad upgrade. if you're not stopping fast/hard enough, calipers and pads are the way to go. if you upside the rotors, try to find a setup that uses solid rotors, so you get more mass to dissipate the heat. the stocker g37s brakes and rotors look like a decent setup. value is questionable with so little else to compare to.
