Picked Up Some 6000K HID's for DG Coupe, Yellow Fogs vs. Clear (OEM) Fogs? *pics*

I decided to pick up some 6000K HID replacement bulbs that I absolutely love. The OEM HID's weren't bad but they had a tad too much yellow for my taste so I went with 6000K. These are an off-brand that I paid $60 for that came with a lifetime warranty. The bulbs look GREAT in person, perfectly clear white, maybe with a hint of blue, barely. But really after about a minute or two they look as white as can be. I also removed the ugly "city lights" that were the little wedge bulbs in the foglight housing.

Anyway, I leave my headlights on all the time. Day, night, whatever, they never come off. The G coupe just looks too damn sexy with the projectors lit up along with the LED tails to not leave them on all the time. So anyway, the clear bulbs do look pretty damn good with the 6000K bulbs in, even though I hated them with the OEM HID's, because they made them look so damn yellow.

The yellow would look great at night I'm sure because it would be a perfect contrast - however, during the day is what worries me. On diamond graphite how is a yellow foglight going to look with 100% sunlight? The reason that I ask is because in the past on previous cars I've always liked the yellow fogs and enjoyed putting them on every car I've owned, but during the day they always looked eh so so.

Even my brother's IS300's piss yellow fogs don't look that great during the day, quite frankly. At least not IMO. I think the clear + 6000K contrast still gives it an OEM style look, so it wouldn't tempt as many ricers to race me, lol.

What do you guys think? Clear OEM bulbs vs. Nokya yellow bulbs?

how did you take off the day time light or whatever thats inbetween the fogs? did you just simply take the bulb out?

How is the vision at night compared with the stock 4300K bulbs. Do you notice any loss with the 6000k bulbs?

I didn't notice any loss at all whatsoever. I know everyone will say this isn't possible but I had a few people get in my car before and after and everyone came to the same conclusion that the light on the road just looks more white that's the only difference from inside the vehicle. :)
