In this case, the Lambo be at fault? If the hyundai was at fault, I dont think he'll be able to afford insurance for a long while.

Yep lambo is at fault, remember the 3 sec rule. Point is even if the hyundai breaked on purpose anc cuased it, the police wont give a rats *** unless they wittness it.

Poor lambo driver, ticket and wrecked car.
