DONT STAND FOR IT!!! you cant be seen next to honda's and BMWs....

 

All kinds of cars park in that lot, including the Marauders. Last week we had a baby blue Gallardo, a Testa Rossa I think, a Cobra (that we later raced in the M5 ) and a new Z06 park with us. We've always parked there so at least I know someone is not gonna come and tell us the lot is reserved blah blah. And I know that if we leave the cars there to go eat at least I'll have my buddies there keeping an eye on the cars.

 

i dont mind parking w/ the bmws, just wanted to make sure it was the same spot. who ever gets there early should save spots for the rest of the crew

 

If you guys get there between 5 and 6 PM, you won't have a problem with parking. If you get there too late you might have to park on the alley in between the cars like Chris did last time, until someone else leaves. They won't let you save or prepay for a spot since it's on a first come first serve basis. The sickest cars always get there late tho...

 

What about the groups who set up little cones or their chairs to hold spots? This we could try that - sounds like Jose volunteered!

 

Don't know about the cones last week, but I was trying to save a spot for Gman right where the cones were and this huge pickup truck came and just parked there. Once someone has paid they don't care if someone else is holding the spot or paid for it already, as long as it's not occupied. I asked the guy in the yellow shirt that's like the coordinator at Towers and he said there's no holding or prepaying for spots, unless you prepay $50 for 10 spots for the entire month and you have your own designated area. That's why you gotta be there early...

 

I am 75% sure I can make this at around 7PM. I'll call one of you guys if I can make it.

 

I will probably come out if my car is feeling better and then I'm gonna go run it with some buddies, anyone wanna come and make some extra $$

 

I won't be there but I suggest parking across three spots at a time until the others arrive... :-/
