has Anyone had a Dent like this:

its on the passenger side right above the wheel as u can see ^^

One PDR guy told me he couldnt take care of it since he didnt have access to it, unlike with a door or bumper.

So is a body-shop my only option cuz as you can see from a current thread of mine:

https://g35driver.com/forums/showthr...45#post1359245

I am worried about the outcome yet want a good price.. you know. I have 2 dents, one on the driver side door.

Any input is welcome! thanks guys!

Looks like the corner of a door hit your car in a parking lot or something...try a toilet plunger before you take it anywhere....

Put the plunger on and push in softly and when you try to pop it out pull it as fast as you can to get the suction right and it most likely will pop out....

^
that sound really sexual hahaha but seriously try it. I had a dent on my truck on the metal and it popped it right out.

ouch.. thats a bad spot for a dent. you can get that removed. try looking for a local guy that does painless dent remover. 2nd day i bought my G i had a dent almost the size of that but in a different spot and the guy at infiniti hook me up with this guy that comes to you and get it out within 5 minutes.. he charged me about 80 bucks. looks like it was never there.

absolutly do not do this. the dent is on a body line and will not come out.

some dent guys will try things others wont. like i said ^the dent is on a body line and pdr guys usually don't like to deal with that (whoever the guy is that said he had "no access" is lying to you. they only way to really get it right is to take it to a body shop. (a good one, because a lousy repair is worse than having a ding)

That kind of dent is for a body shop. The dent is not repairable by dent masters...There are some kinds of dents that can't be repaired unless done by a body shop....My friend used to work for Dent masters and when he looks at a car he'll tell me if it's fixable or not...

i had a dent like that in my front fender, PDR people wouldnt touch my car, they said it wouldnt be possible with the line in the fender, so i ended up replacing the fender. I was quoted $1400 or more by body shops O_O, so i ended up just buying a new fender painted off ebay and replaced it myself

Dent

I would try paintless dent removal guy first as long as he guarantees you the removal of the dent or your money back. Than I would try the harmless toilet plunger myself no matter what other people say on here. I would only spend big bucks at the body shop as the last resort.
Good luck in whatever you will do.
