Re: Roof Spoiler Poll

Re: Roof Spoiler Poll

omg rumble. that sedan looks sweet...except that those rims are way too big. how much would the roof spoiler cost? im waiting for CF shop to contact me to go in. i think they maybe making a CF one on my car. as well as the CF hood and an Impul spoiler for the sedan. it'll be about 3 weeks.

Re: Roof Spoiler Poll

Rumble: The Beemer picture looks sweet - but your G35 photo is GORGEOUS! I don't think the rims are too big, but are a little more than I'd personally go for. It's lowered, too, right? - so that adds to the look.

What a SLEEK machine, bro'.

Re: Roof Spoiler Poll

hahaaaa. sorry, i meant that they look like they were photochopped and are not to scale. It would be super awesome if they were that big though. Those look like stock non sport rims in 19's.
am i right? was that photochopped?

Dudefish:

Good point about the spoiler affecting the aerodynamics of the car. The roof spoiler looks great - which probably means it'll be like a damned parachute when it comes to drag, costing us 1-2 MPG @ 70 MPH and 10 MPH off the top end (Murphy's Law, ya' know).

Re: Roof Spoiler Poll

i dunno, scexplorer was going to do that lip spoiler deal. not sure what happened with that. i haven't seen him post in a long while. i put my lip spoiler on but it cost a little more than 100. i'm not sure it can be done properly at 100 dollars.

i'd be in for a lip roof spoiler, but i'm really not sure how it would look with a lip spoiler on the trunk as well. it might be too much i think

matt
