Hmmm I see lots of oil smoky fumes in your future.

Cool little GReddy Airinx looking mini filters though, good luck.

Not a fan of the open air filters, even the Furookie I hate to say. It's R2C or the Stillen for this old man and have been rocking the R2C for years.

Still loving your build fo sho.

Thanks! Yeah this has a heat shield and Pat from LMT has logs that show this still has lower temps. I can take logs of this as well and post the results. But I have a Stillen air box already installed that eventually will be modded to fit around the intake. Also adding a ram air from the lower bumper into the box too.

ehh it's still open air and it will just suck in the hot air in the engine bay.

to elaborate, people have been switching to different systems because 1. what I previously said 2. they can't funnel the amount of air it's sucking it.

I know someone with cams and this intake and a few other mods, barely pushes over 260whp

Must be the tune considering im making 250hp not even tuned yet lol. Pat has logs of temps for his LMT 4in intake and its lowest out of all intakes available. Ill be taking logs of this as well for even further proof for the non believers. Ill be including everything in my videos

looking at the shield for the LMT intake.. i'm trying to get my head around it. looks like it will virtually seal to the hood and block off the intake from under hood heat.

and if this is not the case.. why couldn't it? just a little foam weather stripping or a rubber door seal type strip on the top to seal to the hood when it is closed.

any installed pics? i'm at work and can only do limited web searching
