Update on my purchase:
I have already spoken to the Mods on this site, and plan to list this elsewhere so that everyone knows who their dealing with.
Long story short, I was scammed by InsaneG. We made a deal, I arranged a payment date, he agreed to box the wheels and prepare them for shipment so that they could go out on the day of payment, I followed through with payment on time, and he took another 5 days of me hounding him before he shipped them. Kept giving me excuses of why he couldn't ship. I ended up threatening to reverse the payment, which is what finally pushed him to ship them.
Upon their arrival I thoroughly inspected the wheels only to find that they were not as described. There was previous damage that had been repaired, and still showed signs of that repair. I will post pics of that text in which he described the wheels as NEVER having been welded, no bends, no chips. Well, they've been welded on two wheels due to bends, and one wheel has a nice chip in the lip. He sent me plenty of pics, but upon going back over the pics, they are misleading and do not show the damaged areas, and after looking at the debris on the ground around the wheels in the pics they seem to be of the same two wheels over and over, which I did not catch when I was looking to purchase.
Anyway, InsaneG, aka, David Persaud, is local to the Orlando area. He will not return my texts or any attempts for communication. I have contacted the President of the Florida G Club as well, and he is not responding to him, nor any of his area members about this matter.
Please be very careful when dealing with this guy, even if your local, and if your buying from him over the internet, I just would look elsewhere.
