I finally got to drive the G37 convertible for the first time at the meet. I want to thank the owner for the opportunity since I wanted to drive one for a long time. First impression was that it was incredibly slow :D since it's extremely heavy compared to my sedan. However it had a very solid feeling as a result and was very comfortable and smooth to drive. The interior, gauges, dash, seats, was A+. Since Motortrend reported the hardtop had problems going up and down some of the time, I also asked the owner if he ever had any problems with the roof retracting or going up and he said he did not except 1 time when there was an obstruction in the trunk.
The 500+whp stock motor Antifreeze Green 350z Twin Turbo owned by Auburn Z (Jeremy) was sold to a Nissan dealership out of state. :( However he is the owner of a new Nismo 370z pictured with red powder coated intakes.
Also someone from corporate Nissan working in marketing showed up with a brand new demo Nismo 370z.:biggthumpup::biggthumpup: Very unexpected welcomed surprise.
Some videos of me driving the G37 convertible. :driving: Was full throttle in some of the video but like I said, it is slow. :D
