I've been trying to get a hold of them for a while. I've called at least 10-15 times within the past month and not a single time have they answered. If it was close to my house I wouldn't mind driving to set up appointments in person but its about an hour away and I don't want to drive two hours just to make an appointment (or to find out the car can't be serviced).

Ever since the service manager the service seems to be really bad.

 

Call Infiniti H.Q. 1-800 and ask if there is a reason why they don't pick up the phone. They should call you shortly after.

Parkway Infiniti is in Valencia.. Or at least we have one in Valencia. And there service is horrible.. I got my Throttle Sensitivity TSB done here and when I called them to make appointment for TSB one of the Service guy name Armando was basically treating me like I am an idiot and didn't know what I was talking about. He said that TSB was for 05' G35 coupe but if I bring the paper he will let tech guy look at it.. HAHA.. Anyway.. Parkway Service department sucks.. Sales department is awesome though..

make sure you're calling the service department not a specific advisor's extension or cell phone
