Until you get the bill from the clerk and they say YOU HAVE TO PAY THIS, you should be easy peezy.

I've found you can usually get two extensions easily:

First - last minute on internet
2nd - Clerk requested (do a week before due date)
3rd - Gotta talk to a Judge (get it dealt with before, unless your economic situation seems pretty dire)

You wait till the court date...if ur fighting it and the cop shows up
the court ask if u want a trial or traffic skool,if u go to traffic skool
they ussually cut the ticket in half...
In my case last year i got 2 speeding tickets one in Chino and one In Rancho
In chino i got 2 extentions fought it,cop showed up,ticket was $500,I agreed to traffic skool
judge reduced it to $250....In Rancho cucamonga same thing,2 extentions fought
the ticked cop showed up,I was ask if i wanted to go to trial or traffic skool
ticket was $300,agreed to traffic skool, judge reduce it to $150
and both tickets happend in the same year 2010
I hope this helps..........
Good Luck!!

Quick question: can you still go to traffic school even if you went to the other one already?

you can't take traffic school within 18 months of the previous one. There's one exception to this, and it requires a 12 hour in-class course.
