SoCal G's First Annual Meet and Mini Cruise (REVISED)
 

Polls are closed and the votes are in! We will meet at Anahiem Stadium!


We meet on Saturday, March 4, 2006 at 12 Noon :rolleyes: underneath the Coors Light Billboard which is right of the Metro link station! This will give everyone enough time to get a plate and plan for the day off. See you there!!

Coming from the south:

-Merge onto I-5 N toward LOS ANGELES. 91.7 miles

-Take the STATE COLLEGE BLVD exit- EXIT 107C- toward THE CITY DR.
0.3 miles

-Turn RIGHT onto STATE COLLEGE BLVD. 0.7 miles

-Turn RIGHT onto E KATELLA AVE. 0.1 miles

Continue until you see "The Grove of Anahiem" on your right up ahead at the light. Make a right at the light which is the entrance to Angel Stadium. Head for the Metrolink station which is at the opposite side of the Stadium Lot. You will be able to see the Coors Light Billboard off to the right where we will be meeting.

Coming from the north:

- 5 South
- exit Katella
- make a left turn onto Katella
- stay on katella until you see "The Grove of Anaheim". TURN RIGHT in at that light and head for the opposite side of the parking lot near the Metrolink Station

Bring a Motorola 2-way radio. Cruise will be announced at the meet. It will be a short cruise do to the number of cars.

In the event that there are parking attendants at the entrance, merely state that you are going to the Metrolink Station and you will be permitted to enter the stadium without a fee. I don't anticipate any events, but just in case.

hm... i would change that if i were you. performance nissan meet is that day..... Food for thought..

You definitely need to change this date. The performance nissan meet is the same day and i know of a bunch of people that are already planning on going to that (me included) I really want to make it to both meets too.

hummm, sounds good for the ppl that are NOT going to the D1 at irwindale. Or even meet there first then head to D1.
