I went to a local track once, for a Z event, and the people who worked there commented on how "A G is basically just a Z in a different shell".

That in mind, it can also be vice versa. Although, "Strictly G's" does denote that... well, it's strictly G's -- which was one of my initial concerns about the name.

True we are pretty much a Z but one reason for the name is to not segregate us from the Z's but rather allow for us to have our own identity.

The Z's have had a following since 1969. The G has only been around since 2002-03. Hopefully this would be the beginning of it (in Houston at least)

For me the Z's are always welcome at our meets just as long as they remember the spotlight is on the G's

What if a GT-R shows up? They will steal your spot light.
