How does Sunday 7:30 at the Starbucks in Uptown Park sound?

If you look it at in Satellite view - look just North of the building Starbucks is in and I think we could take that area? If anyone wanted to show up early and try and block people from parking there with me - most of those stores will probably be closing/closed by then so we could have it all to ourselves.
