bose amp wiring diagram

Any one have one or know where I can find it for the 07 sedan?

zoop425 02-15-2011 08:50 PM

ok I found this one.. http://img16.imageshack.us/img16/274/capturevrf.png

Should I use the sub + and - or right and left speaker inputs (pre amp) from from the bose amp for the LOC?

If you are planning to install LOC for sub system then just use this connector and its a straight forward install, i had no probs with my old alpine system.

OOOO you need to use the post amp wire harness that goes to the amp? is that because the bose amp balances the output prior to entering the aftermarket amp? I usually go pre amp (never done a sub in a G though)

Check your PM. Two links I was not sure whether I could post..

KurTecH 03-21-2011 09:50 PM

zoop, what did you end up using?

i'm looking to do this later this week and was wondering if kool yaar's suggestion worked.

synesis, can you send me the links as well? or just post them here for others to read?

now for him to install the rem for the amplifier should he connect it to the yellow wire(battery) in the subwoofer wiring diagram above or should he connect it to the infinitis amplifier wire

kool_yaar 03-28-2011 12:33 PM

#4 GR, woofer amp on, else if you connect to battery the amp will always be on even when you turn the car off.

rybo917 03-28-2011 01:21 PM

So u wire the the loc and the rem all through the post amp subwoofer wires? using 1, 2,4?

rybo917 03-28-2011 09:12 PM

and btw i just wired my system by using 1,2 for the loc on the amp and 4 for the rem and no power what so ever

kool_yaar 03-29-2011 09:08 AM

i have rem wired to 4 from what i remember ill have to recheck it but im 90% sure, then the power for amp straight from battery, good ground and then the audio player has to be on and it works fine for me.

rybo917 03-29-2011 09:59 PM

Huh that's what I did but whether or not if that's right shouldn't my amp have power because its connected to the battery Nd ground already? Cause my amp is supposed to light up if it does, but connecting to the battery Nd running the wire is easy

Thanks Kool you rock.

One more question though.

So from this picture, I am assuming that the image with the 1,2,5, etc... on there, that is the actual connector right?

So when I am looking at those numbers, those are the ports they plug into, and for me installing the LOC, I would be cutting and splicing into the wire associated with that number, right?

Also, schoche told me I should wire their LOC AFTER the amp before it plugs into the sub, does this sound right to you?
