So what's with Music Box !!!
 

Since I canceled satellite radio I've been starting to load some songs on music box. Have about 15 or so albums on it now and find when I'm driving you can't search albums, artists, song titles, nothing. All you can do is listen to last playing album. The only way I've found to get the the next album is by holding the down arrow key on steering wheel or dash and goes to the next album. Certainly not the best or safest way of searching through albums. Was wondering if others are having the same issue and what if any workarounds you have found. Kinda funny cause owners manual leads one to believe that you should be able to search artists, albums, songs etc while driving. Can do this on my iPod hookup so why not music box??:dunno:

im assuming you have an 07? Idk why they did this lol.. you can jump through artists also by spinning the tuning dial (one opposite from volume).. you can also do the video in motion mod to allow you to access everything

Will give your suggestion a try. Dealer said not being able to search on music box is part of the safety features built into the car.

Ridiculous ain't it.
