What's the best way to use the screen with an iPhone?

I wanted to know if an infiniti 08/09 comes with the 3 colored input (RCA) I've heard that if you figure out a way to connect an iPhone 5 to it using an RCA cable, you won't be able to use the anything in the car to change songs without actually changing it from the phone itself.

Is there a way to alter that? maybe a device that i can install?

Well yes you can run the audio through the RCA jacks and use the stereo in aux to listen to the music app. You are correct that you cannot change tracks without touching the phone.

To control the phone using the steering wheel, the options you have are:
USAspec
iSimple
PAC
Parrot Bluetooth system
