g37 wheels on a 2007 g35 sedan please advise

Ok guys I got the rim bug.

I have the 17 inchers on my Journey model so I was thinking the g37 19 inch wheels would be an upgrade. My local stealership has a set of take offs for $2000 with tires, tire pressure sensors with no miles, The g37 sold with aftermarket 20s.

I was also thinking MMR 20s with the 20X10 in the rear with the 275/30/20 which would cost me $2500.

So what do you guys think? look good, aftermarket is better? anyone have pictures yet of the sedan with the 19 inchers?

thanks

go aftermarket. You'll find much better wheels, colors, etc. etc.

I've seen a few pictures of the G37 wheels on the sedan. Looks good. I'll probably go that route, to keep the missus happy.

G37 rims have a more conservative, classy, OEM but sportier look.

MRR 20s would look really good as well. With the staggered setup and 10" rims w/ 275s in the rear, your car would look really sporty.

For $2K+ I'd shell out for the MRRs.

However, if you are not going to lower the car, the only choice would be the G37 rims as the 20" MRRs would make your car look way too raised on stock suspension.

G37 wheels going on my Sedan

Thanks for the input guys. I am not lowering the G, wife would think I am back to my Ricer days. Don't get me wrong I would love to lower it, but I use the four door for work and I think my wife would not do the sideways driving to get up driveways(might lose a front bumper or scratch the hell out of the lower front).

SO I went conservative. I just bought some g37 wheels with tires, takeoffs owner put 3 piece 20 inchers on his G37. I got them for $1750 shipped to my door. I priced MMR GT1s and I was looking at about $2300 to $2700 depending on going local or ordering them.

I think I did alright the tires cost $1300 on tire rack. :)

Ramos, you posted this in the 2nd generation sedan section. You will get more/better response in the 1st gen coupe section.

How are they holding up, I want to get a set of coupe wheels, but I heard if you put staggered rims on a awd car it will ruin the awd?
