So i gave installing the Eibach's another shot...
 

...and i still can't get the bolt, highlighted in blue in the photo below, off.

The impact was useless, so i used the breaker bar which finally loosened it, but then it would just keep turning... almost like the entire bolt is turning with the nut. And after three turns it started "creaking" when i turned it, so i backed off. Take note, this whole time i still had to put my entire weight on the breaker bar to get it moving.

Any ideas on how to get this out?

I've read in a few different places that some of these bolts sometimes need to be cut out and replaced.
Yeah, it makes me doing this in my own garage less and less likely.

Are you holding the nut tight on one end and twisting the bolt out? If you've already gotten it loose just keep going, if anything you're going to need to replace the bolt anyways if it breaks and now that you have it loose might as well go all the way man.

I backed-off, because if i broke that bolt i won't have a means of getting a new one, transportation-wise. And with the Labor Day weekend, i'll be out of commish for 3 days.

Good luck getting it off, I remember it was a pain in the *** to do the springs on my mazdaspeed protege back in the day lol I'll never do it again. If you need a new shiftboot though hit me up ;)

The other side of that bolt is the ball joint for the sway bar drop link.
If you look closely where the rubber boot stops,
there is a a place to get a spanner in there to hold the bolt while you loosen the nut further.

You may have to pull the boot back a bit to see it.

Its just the bottom shock bolt right?? I guess i haven't seen a non-awd car close up... but i mean its clean in there, It doesn't look like your threads are all plugged up, man, it really shouldn't turn THAT hard. It should be a hard bolt anyway,, sounds ( no phun intended) like you have it broke loose, its gonna have to be turned out, with lube on the threads, with or without breakerbar.... gl Mike, 2weeks ago my install went very smooth,, but, front end, a little diff.

Yup that single big bolt is connected to the sway bar endlink, they are connected! but one u got that bolt loose, since u got the nut off already! try using the floor jack, lift up that control arm a little, to relive some pressure off the bolt, so it will slide through that opening! make sure you disconnect the sway bar end from that link! or the bolt will not come out! if not use a punch or some kind of skinny bar or tool, and put it thought the bolt side, and tap it lightly so it will come out of the hole! as only the end of that bolt is threaded, the rest is a smooth shaft. I did my car within 2 weeks of buying it! back is super easy to do! 10min each side! but the front is a little bit of a pain! but yea try jack up the bottm of the arm up a bit, then try manuver that bolt out! LMK how it goes, don't give up just yet! :)

That's not his pic, he can't get the nut off because the whole thing is turning.

Once the nut is off, tap the bolt back (it won't come completely out)
Then as 808MIKE says, use a jack under the hub to take the pressure off & slide the shock sideways off of the bolt.

My next vacation is thankgiving week....:o hopefully you'll be livin high, and ridin low way before that!!!!!!!
