18's: anyone try to put the rear size on front?
 

There is a whole lot more choice for the 18 rear tires (245/45/18). Anyone tried using this on the front as well as back? Would that even work on the wheels?

Here you go, we've got an 09 now, but these worked just fine on our 07 w/ 18" staggered wheels. Wish I had this setup on our 09 for that matter :)
BTW, sold the 07 2 monts ago w/ 36k miles, the BFGs had 15k on them w/ just a little wear, I'd guess they'd be safe up to about 35-40k, also great all-season performance, MUCH better than our 09s GoodYear RS-As

I'm running 245/45 on all four corners (on the stock staggered wheels) and it works fine. A little bulgy, but as you said, the tire choices are a lot better (and cheaper, I got the tires for like $99 each from tirerack).

I'm running 235/50 all around on staggered wheels with my winter package.
Works great. :)
