G35s/G37s Sedan Suspension on G35x

With someone just posting their 19" wheels with stock g35s suspension, it got me thinking. Will the OEM g35s/g37s shocks/springs be a direct fit to my 07 g35x? I just want a mild drop and don't really want to invest in coilovers if it's only for show.
